We can only be as successful as our conversations allow - whether internal or external, they tell us what we can and cannot do, what is possible and what is not.
So, how can we improve the quality of those conversations?
Firstly, we have to discover what lies underneath our conversations: as individual personalities, the foundation for everything we do is our story, that narrative we have come to believe defines us.
Most of what makes up that narrative is out of sight, in our subconscious, set there by others at a time when we were trying to make sense of the world. That's why we need a map and a tool kit to help us navigate a path of awareness, self-knowing and self-determination.
Very often people know what they want in life, they just don't know how to go about getting it and then, once they do, where to acquire the tools they need to sustain it.
primed. is the road map to find your authentic life and the tool kit to continue growing.
The best teachers are those who make themselves obsolete by teaching you to be your own teacher. This what I set out to do with the primed. project, give people the foundation and the the tool kit to 'do' their authentic life on their terms so that they become lifetime subscribers to doing life better.
